Cook manicotti in boiling water about 18 minutes or till tender but still firm. Drain well.
In a large skillet cook turkey till no longer pink. Drain. Stir in sauce; heat through. Mix together egg, ricotta, mozzarella, parsley, and Parmesan. Stuff cheese mixture into shells. Spoon one-third of the sauce mixture into a 12 x 7-1/2 x 2-inch baking dish. Place shells atop. Top with remaining sauce mixture, covering shells. Bake, covered, in a 350 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or till hot.
Microwave directions:
Cook manicotti as above. In a 1-1/2-quart casserole crumble turkey. Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power (high) for 5 to 7 minutes or till no longer pink, stirring once. Drain. Stir in sauce. Cook, covered, 4 to 5 minutes or till hot, stirring once. Assemble as above. Cook, covered with vented plastic wrap, on high for 10 to 12 minutes or till heated through, giving dish a half-turn once.
