Ingredients

  • 2 Loaves crumbled bread
  • 1 lb crumbled bacon
  • 1 stalk
  • 1 onion diced
  • butter,thyme,sage,black,pepper and water

Cooking Instructions

crumble bread in a bowl.,saute onion and celery in butter in a sauce pan till soft and add to crumbled bread.

slightly cook bacon,drain and add to bread,celery and onion mix all ingredients.

add generous amounts of thyme,sage and black pepper.

add approximately 1/2 to 1 cup of butter and water

either stuff turkey or bake in casserole dish covered for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.take lid of last ten minutes.

Simple and Right

This is just basic stuffing. I am not sure on amounts of sage and thyme but the ingredients are just what it is without fluff.
