Tuscany Tuna Salad Review

Yes it is delicious but why is everything now that has olive oil labeled "tuscany" pllllease! Tuna in olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper and lemon on a nice italian bread with good tomatoe slices and red onion is italian enough for me! It screams Italian all over! : )

Major substitution works!

I substituted chickpeas for the white beans! Very good!

Tasty and healthy

Trader Joe's also has a wonderful tuna packed in olive oil which is delicious in this salad. And it isn't too expensive.
