Ingredients

  • 4 cup yellow squash
  • 1/2 c yellow onion
  • 1/4 c green bell pepper
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 1/4 c margarine or butter
  • 1 box stove top chicken stuffing

Cooking Instructions

cook squash in water until tender , drain and mash

heat butter in pan and add onion and bell pepper, cook until tender

mix in casserole dish squash,onion,bell pepper mixture and stir in soup, sour cream, mix stuffing according to directions and spoon on top of casserole of squash mixture

place in preheated oven of 375 for 1 hr or untill bubbly

Good Squash Dish

A wonderful squash dish the way it is but I also change the recipe from using cream of chicken soup to using cream of mushroom soup. Using either soups makes this dish still taste wondful.
