cook squash in water until tender , drain and mash
heat butter in pan and add onion and bell pepper, cook until tender
mix in casserole dish squash,onion,bell pepper mixture and stir in soup, sour cream, mix stuffing according to directions and spoon on top of casserole of squash mixture
place in preheated oven of 375 for 1 hr or untill bubbly

02/27/09 05:27 PM | Good Squash DishA wonderful squash dish the way it is but I also change the recipe from using cream of chicken soup to using cream of mushroom soup. Using either soups makes this dish still taste wondful. |
