Get your grill hot.
Soak the corn with the leaves on for 15 minutes.
Soak your head too if it's a hot day.
Remove the veins from the giant shrimp.
When the corn is good and wet put it with the shrimp on the grill and cover for 3 minutes. Do not remove the leaves from the corn while it is cooking.
After 3 minutes turn the giant shrimp over and roll the corn around.
After 3 minutes take out the giant shrimp and check the corn. If the corn is not done let it grill 2 more minutes.
This does not take long to cook at all. So stay by the grill and check the food every 2 minutes.
I like to slice up a couple of fresh tomatoes for a side.
Good eatin'.
Have plenty of real butter on hand and lots of towels. I'm not a drinkin' man, but a tall, cold beer is mighty good with this one.
