Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Campbell's® Condensed Beef Broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves , crushed
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 medium potato , cut into cubes
  • 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup cut-up canned tomato
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked cooked beef

Cooking Instructions

MIX broth, water, thyme, pepper, potato, mixed vegetables and tomatoes in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 15 min. or until vegetables are tender.

ADD beef and heat through.

TIP: Substitute 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) for mixed vegetables.
