Mix Filling ingredients in a medium bowl until blended.
Pour 4 cups water into an 8-inch square microwave-safe baking dish. Microwave on high until steaming hot, about 5 minutes.
Add 2 strips of noodles. Cook on high 1 minute to soften. Remove noodles to work surface with ridges going from left to right. Place 1⁄4 cup filling toward far edge of each. Starting at far end, roll up noodles, enclosing filling.
Repeat Step 3 with remaining noodles.
Pour hot water from dish. Add 1⁄4 cup tomato sauce and tilt to coat bottom. Arrange rolls on sauce in 2 even rows. Add 1⁄4 cup water to remaining tomato sauce and pour evenly over rolls.
Cover dish with plastic wrap and poke 2 holes in wrap for venting. Microwave on high 20 minutes (rotating dish 1⁄2 turn once after 10 minutes if there’s no turntable) until pasta is tender and filling is hot. Let stand about 5 minutes before serving.
