Beat eggs until thick and lemon-colored. Add sugar, oil, vanilla and mix. Stir in zucchini.
Add all dry ingredients. Fold in nuts, raisins. Grease two loaf plans, pour in batter.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour, 10 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in oven, then remove and cool on racks.
