Coat a 10-in. nonstick skillet with nonstick spray.
Process first 8 ingredients in blender or food processor to blend.
Heat skillet over medium heat, add scant 1⁄4 cup batter and tilt to spread over bottom of pan. Cook 2 minutes or until underside is lightly browned. Flip crêpe over; cook 30 seconds. Place on a plate. Repeat with rest of batter, stacking crêpes.
Fold crêpes in quarters and place 2 on each plate. Serve with frozen yogurt.
