Super Summer RefresherWOW! This was really good. We tried it several different ways. Of course we added Rum and ice then blended it. Who wouldn't? We also added a bit of mint and served it a martini glass with diced cantelope as an appetizer.
We found it easier to make a simple syrup with the water and sugar by boiling it until the sugar melted, then letting it cool down. We found that it was easier to control the sweetness that way.
