Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 6-ounce package sliced cooked ham, diced (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 medium green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 8 white-bread slices, toasted

Cooking Instructions

1. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in butter, cook ham, green pepper and onion until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, in large bowl, beat eggs, milk and salt until well mixed; stir into ham mixture. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 12 to 15 minutes, until top is set and underside is lightly browned. Serve between the toasted white-bread slices.
