Boil chicken breast in water until cooked (35 mins.). Let cool then shred.
Mix 1 jar of gravy and 1 1/2 tbls of taco seasoning cumin refried beans and green chilies in large sauce pan. Heat on medium. Add shredded chicken cook on low until heated.
In small sauce pan simmer other jar of gravy with remaining taco sauce and cumin.
Spoon 1.2 cup of chicken filling onto each shell and sprinkle with cheese. Roll into burrito shape. Add to 9 x 13 in pan (sprayed with non-stick spray).
Spoon layer of gracy mixture on top and sprinkle with remaing cheese on top. Heat in oven until warm (375 degrees for 20 mins.).
Garnish with lettuce tomatoes sour cream and green onions. Serve with tortolla chips and salsa.

Cook chicken ahead of time.Cooking and shreading the chicken takes the most time. You can do that the day before is you have time. The rest of the recipe is easy. Delicious burritos - you can omit the chilies and cumin if you don't have it. |
