In Dutch oven over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add kielbasa, onion and garlic and cook until sausage is browned. Add spinach and cook 2 minutes more.
Add broth, picante sauce and beans. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 minutes.
TIP: Substitute 2 packages (about 10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained, for fresh.
To thaw spinach, microwave on HIGH 3 minutes, breaking apart with a fork halfway through heating.
