WHITE TRASH SPICY CHICKEN AND BEAN SOU..

Ingredients

  • 1 large can CHICKEN BROTH
  • 2 JARS already cooked white northern beans
  • 2 can white chicken meat
  • 1 can sliced jalepneo peppers
  • 1 can green chili peppers
  • 2 tbl minced garlic
  • 2 bags shredded sharp chedder cheese
  • 3 tbl ground cummin

Cooking Instructions

add olive oil to non stick skillet (cold) add diced jalepneo peppers diced green chili pepper and garlic to skillet heat over med-low heat and roast about 5 min. (keep the pepper juice from canned peppers and set aside)

in 3 qrt soup pan add 1 large can of chicken broth 2 jars of white northern beans and chicken breast meat heat on medium temp.

add peppers and garlic to soup mixture and add 3tbl spoons ground cummin. let simmer stirring occasionally. let soup heat all the way through and add shredded cheese stir til it is melted and serve with crackers or corn bread. if you like yours a little hotter add pepper juice to soup mix to taste

not sure

although it sounds good the directions need a little more explaination. what oz. chicken broth and cooked chicken?
