HEAT nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add sesame seeds. Cook and stir 1 min. or until toasted. Remove from heat.
PLACE chick peas, lemon juice, garlic and toasted sesame seeds in food processor. Cover and pulse until smooth, adding about 1/4 cup water to make creamy consistency.
CUT toasted bread into triangles. Serve with chick pea mixture.
