Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 16 oz pkg/5 cups packaged coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes,halved
  • 1 cup seedless green grapews,halved
  • 1 lg gala apple,cored,thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced, Vidalia onion
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Cooking Instructions

Microwave walnuts on high in 30-second intervals,stirring between intervals, until lightly golden and fragrant,1-2 min. Let cool. In lg bowl, whisk together vinegar,oil,sugar and salt until well combined. Add coleslaw mix,grapes,apple,onion,raisins and walnuts,toss until coated.

Recipe Notes

This is so good, a big plate alone, w/out anything to go w/ it, is great.
