Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp "Ican't believe it's not butter" butter
  • 1/2 cup Egg Beaters
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 lg, ripe mashed banana

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 8" square baking pan w/ cooking spray. Combine flour,oats,baking powder,baking soda and salt. Reserve. On med-high speed w/ mixer, beat sugar and butter until fluffy. Beat in Egg Beaters,applesauce,and vanilla until blended. Gradually beat in flour mix until combined. Stir in banana. Transfer to pan. Bake for 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 min. Remove from pan. Cool completely. Top w/ 1 1/2 cups lite whipped cream.
