Ingredients

  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 3 lg eggs
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup,chopped chocolate graham crackers
  • 1 cup butter, room temp
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 3/4 cups marshmellow fluff
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup fluff for garnish
  • 6 lg graham crackers, for garnish
  • 1 pkg snack-size hershey's chocolate bars, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Line 18 muffin cups w/ liners. On med-low speed on mixer, mix cake mix, 1 1/3 cups water, eggs oil, and vanilla until combined. On med-high speed, beat until fluffy. Stir in chopped chocolate crackers, divide batter among liners. Bake 15-18 min, or until toothpick comes out clean from center of muffin. Cool completely. On high speed, beat butter until fluffy. Add 2 cups fluff, beat in cocoa, on low speed until combined. Gradually beat in sugar until smooth. Reserve. Cut 2' slits into top of each muffin top. W/ small spoon, slide a little fluff into slits, spread tops w/ remaining frosting. for garnish: Spread a little fluff onto a small piece of plain graham cracker, top w/ chocolate bar, slide into slit in top of muffin.

Recipe Notes

These may be a little fattening, but they are so worth it. The taste is incredible!
