World's Best Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • One Pound LEAN GROUND BEEF
  • 1/2 Cup Medium Salsa

Cooking Instructions

Place 1/2 cup salsa in one pound of LEAN ground beef, place in meatloaf pan that has a strainer in it for the grease. Bake one hour. Some folks put ketchup on top of it and some like to put more salsa and then bake for a few more minutes.

I am on Weight Watchers and I wanted to make a meat loaf without using eggs and bread in it. I gave this one a try as both my husband and I love salsa and when I served it to my husband, he remarked during the meal, "This has to be the world's
