This is a one pot recipe! wash you chicken cutlets and slice into strips. Add your oil to the pot and add chicken on a medium flame until chicken is lighty cooked and then you add the recaito tomato paste salt gandules sazon and stir everything together then turn your flame up high and add 3 cups of water. wait until the mixture has come to a boil then rinse the rice and drain off . Turn down the flame to medium low and add your rice and stir. rice will come to a slow boil and cover let cook for 20 minutes. when finish cooking stir rice before serving.
You can serve this with a nice garden fresh salad and its the best dish in the world. You have it all your carbs, protein, veggies
