Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over low heat. Beat eggs with seasonings and add to skillet, stirring slowly in one direction. When they are just set, remove from heat and stir in yogurt. Sprinkle top with green onions.
Serve with toasted pita halves or bagel chips.
Yogurt is also good as a topping for fried eggs, hard- or soft-cooked eggs, or eggs baked in a little butter or cream.
