yummy italian dressing chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 peices boneless, skinless, chicken breast
  • 3 1/2 cups italina dressing (or enough to cover chicken when marinated)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • (coat pan with cooking spray)

Cooking Instructions

DEFROST CHICKEN

1)cut chicken breasts in half and flatten(tenderize)

2)marinate chicken in italian dressing for atleast 10 min

3) cook in pan until browned and cooked through (add italian dressing to pan after browned chicken to A.pick up brownings b. make a sauce for chicken)

Recipe Notes

i made this recipe up when i needed to have dinner done in 15 mins.... my boyfriend and family absolutely loved it!!! ( ive tried it with ranch instead of italian dressing it was good but this is better)
