peel and pare 25 russets for boiling...boil 10 large eggs...wait 20 mins for eggs to boil...eggs must be slightly cracked in boiling water to prove they are just right for prep..when russets are knife-tender, drain them into a colander in the sink...place drained russets back into prep pot.......dice one bunch of radishes, ten gherkin pickles, half a red onion..put aside..mash potatoes by hand with potato masher..with wooden spoon, spoon in a medium sized jar of miracle whip (only miracle whip has the tangy taste this recipe requires)..thoroughly blend mw into potato mixture...incorporate radishes, r onion, gherkins and sliced eggs thoroughly....refrigerate immediately for the best potato salad you ever tasted!!!

Not sure this is the "best potato salad I've ever tasted", bI think that this recipe sounds interesting and unique. I've had something like it before and, although it wasn't my favorite, I appreciated the different ingrediants very much! |

where is the mustard???Mash the potatoes???
Russets--I do not even like them for baking.
I never tried a potato salad with no mustard. It. must be a bit bland.
Where too is the celery and pepper??? |
