Yummy Rum Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 4 cups finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup rum
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 4 T dark cocoa

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients except confectioners sugar together. Form into small (about 1 inch) balls. Roll balls in confectioners sugar. Store in airtight container for up to one month.

Note: There is no 'cook time'. It is a required field & I had to put something there. Disregard.
