Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground sirloin
  • 1 lbs ground veal
  • prefe chopped crispy cooked bacon
  • 1 bag shredded Asiago cheese
  • 1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
  • prefe cubes of Monterrey Colby Jack cheese (Kraft makes this)
  • to ta minced onion
  • to ta chili powder
  • to ta salt and pepper
  • to ta bbq sauce

Cooking Instructions

You can be as liberal with the cheese as you want, the more the better. As I always say, when the cheese starts to ooze the Yurger is done. Enjoy.

how do you sanitize your hands at a tailgating party making burgers i cant stand how my hands feel at home making patties i wash them with hot soap and water and then that purell sanitizer.. how do you keep things from getting tainted with raw meat?

Sounds Delish!

I bet cheddar cheese (instead of the Asiago) would be good in this with the mozzerella and jack too! Or Pepper Jack with mozzerella and munster. The combinations are endless! Sounds really yummy, I am going to try it. As for all of you complainers, this is not a poorly written recipie, just simple, thats all. If you know the basics of cooking a burger it is really all the info you need. Happy cooking!!!
