You can be as liberal with the cheese as you want, the more the better. As I always say, when the cheese starts to ooze the Yurger is done. Enjoy.

Sounds Delish!I bet cheddar cheese (instead of the Asiago) would be good in this with the mozzerella and jack too! Or Pepper Jack with mozzerella and munster. The combinations are endless! Sounds really yummy, I am going to try it. As for all of you complainers, this is not a poorly written recipie, just simple, thats all. If you know the basics of cooking a burger it is really all the info you need. Happy cooking!!! |
