Mix everything together except the chocolate chips until mixture is smooth. Fold in Chocolate chips. Spray a 9x13 pan with Bakers Joy pour in batter and bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Dust with confectioners sugar after the cake has cooled. To bake in a bundt pan bake at 325 for 60 minutes **Or instead of adding 1 1/2 cups water to the mix add 3/4 cup Bailey's Irish Cream and 3/4 cup water.
