Pour Light Italian Dressing into slow cooker. Submerge the chicken into the dressing. Cook for 2 hours on Low.
Remove chicken from slow cooker; cover and set aside.
Add sour cream sun-dried tomatoes asparagus mushrooms and 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese to slow cooker and stir. Allow the cream sauce to come to a boil.
Place a small amount of cream sauce on a pasta plate and add 1 serving of cooked pasta. Place chicken breast on top of pasta and generous amount of cream sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over serving. Repeat as needed for number of servings.

Are you joking? Two hours?I would not eat chicken that had been cooked on low in a crockpot for only two hours? Is that a typo or misprint? Surely you cook it much longer than that.
This sounded good till I read the 2 hour part. You need to recheck your cook on this one. |
