Add the shrimp to the marinade and stir well. Allow the shrimp to marinate for at least 1/2 hour in the refrigerator. To grill, place 4 to 6 shrimp on eah skewer. Save the marinade and set aside. Arrange the skewered shrimp on the grill over hot oals. Cook approximately 6 to 8 minutes, turning once during cooking and basting with the remaining Marinade. Remove the shrimp from the skewers and serve hot. Serve the grilled shrimp with rice or pasta, or toss the grilled shrimp with a mixed green salad.
