Mix cumin, pepper, nutmeg & allspice in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan until almost (but not) smoking, add spices, and cook for about 30 seconds.
Add the broth and water.
Stir in the onions and garlic, cover, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in the pumpkin, and then cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in lime juice and honey.
Serve with a dollop of yogurt and a lime wedge.
