
HEAT oil in skillet. Add sausage, onion and garlic and cook until vegetables are tender.
ADD rice, broth and salsa. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 15 min. Stir in peas and cook, covered, 5 min. or until done. Stir in cilantro.
TIP: *Also delicious with Pace® Chipotle Chunky Salsa.
