Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 3 medium zucchini squash
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1/2 lb cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream or yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Cooking Instructions

Cook brown rice and place in oiled pan. Slice zucchini and tomato; place on top of rice. Grate cheese and sprinkle on top. Mix sour cream, garlic salt, oregano and parsley, and pour on top. Bake 30 minutes.
