Ingredients

  • 4 small zucchini
  • 1 cup prepared pasta sauce or creamy low-fat salad dressing

Cooking Instructions

Run a vegetable peeler down the length of zucchini, creating long strips ("noodles"). Steam or microwave for 2 minutes; toss with pasta sauce or salad dressing.

Enter the title of your review zucchini noodles

This zucchini recipe is really good if you are on a low fat diet, the only calories you would have to count would be in the sauce.
