Zuchinnie and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 10 green and yellow zuchinni also a large onion .. sea salt and black pepper and olive oil also 2 tablespoons of Splenda 4 basil leaves.. ..

Cooking Instructions

1st peel the squash and slice into quartered piece.. then slice and cut potatoes the same way always removing the skin.. place in crock pot adding olive oil salt and pepper and 1 and a half onion sliced ..then add some garlic powder and some onion powder and let cook for about 10 minutes on high on pot..

open lid and then add 2 small cans of tomatoe sauce and then cove the remaining ingred. with water so that everything is covered.. place lid back and and let cook for about 7 and a half hours on low .. also add sea salt and pepper to taste while cooking. and at the end add 2 tablespoons of Splenda to give it a nice fresh taste..also some fresh basil could be added .. maybe 4 leaves... all ingredients will soften when done and it will look like soup with chunks of zucinini and potatoes.. its really good. and healthy for you too..

This is a dish that is not only very healthy for you but is delicious . and to top it off add some nice Italian Bread to it and there you have it.a pheasant dish fit for a king..
